Greek Fries

Crispy Greek fries enhanced with traditional flavors like feta, dill, and oregano, perfect as a snack or side dish.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting them into fry shapes.
  3. Rinse the fries under cold water to remove excess starch.
  4. Toss the fries with olive oil, dill, oregano, and salt.
  5. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Add toppings: crumbled feta, red onion, and parsley once they are out of the oven.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
