Honey Garlic Pecan Chicken

A delicious and easy dish combining savory and sweet flavors, featuring juicy chicken breasts coated in a honey garlic sauce and topped with crunchy pecans.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare a baking dish with the chicken breasts in a single layer and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Add the chopped pecans on top of the coated chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve the chicken with the sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Marinating the chicken enhances flavor. Fresh garlic provides better taste, and you can adjust the sweetness of the sauce as desired.
