Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until completely melted.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the pan and stir to combine the melted butter and garlic with the cream.
  4. Incorporate the zest and juice of 1 lemon into the mixture and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  6. Simmer the sauce on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Optional: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese for extra creaminess and flavor.
