A refreshing Greek romaine salad infused with aromatic dill, creamy feta, and a zesty dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lettuce: Finely chop the romaine and rinse under cool water. Pat it dry with a clean towel.
  2. Add the chopped dill to the bowl with the romaine and mix.
  3. Add the sliced green onions to the bowl.
  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
  5. Make the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Combine the dressing with the salad, gently tossing everything together.
  7. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.

Notes

For the best quality, consume leftovers within a day or two. Store dressing separately if you anticipate having leftovers.
