  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season your chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Cook the chicken: Grill or cook in a skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Rest and slice: Let the chicken rest before slicing it thinly.
  4. Assemble the wrap: Spread tzatziki sauce on a whole wheat wrap.
