Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

Delightful tarts combining fresh peaches and creamy cream cheese in a flaky puff pastry shell.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Fresh peaches
  • Cream cheese
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions, typically to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a clean surface and cutting into circles for tart molds.
  3. Place the pastry circles into tart molds, pressing gently and pricking bottoms with a fork.
  4. Bake the pastry in the preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl.
  6. Cool the baked pastry in the molds for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  7. Fill the cooled pastry with sliced cream cheese and top with peach slices.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the filled tarts.
  9. Serve the tarts immediately or store them properly for later enjoyment.

Notes
