Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease the ramekins with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Mix in the powdered sugar once melted.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the flour and salt gently.
  7. Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes.
