Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

Delicious blend of cheesecake and cookies, featuring rich Oreos and a soft, chewy texture.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped Oreos and chocolate chips carefully.
  8. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
