Oreo Fudge Cappuccino Ice Cream

A delightful ice cream combining the classic flavors of Oreos and rich coffee, perfect for warm summer days.

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and whisk until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of cooled brewed coffee, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the whipped cream, whisking gently until combined.
  3. Incorporate 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies into the creamy mixture, folding gently to maintain some cookie bits.
  4. Swirl in 1/2 cup of hot fudge sauce, folding gently for swirls without fully mixing it in.
  5. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions for 20-30 minutes or freeze directly and stir every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
  6. Freeze the churned mixture in a freezer-safe container for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Serve in bowls or cones, topped with additional crushed Oreos or fudge if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut cream and dairy-free fudge sauce.
