  • 2 cups raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in another bowl.
  4. Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; stir until just combined.
  5. Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it.
  6. Spoon the prepared fruit mixture over the batter.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream on top.
