Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, combining savory steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions in a crispy tortilla.

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 lb Steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Cheese (provolone or Cheez Whiz)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell Pepper (sliced, optional)
  • 2 tbsp Oil (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Slice the steak, onions, and peppers.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  3. Cook the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  5. Assemble the quesadilla with the steak mixture and cheese on one half of a tortilla.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
  7. Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
