  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein
  • Splash of milk
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather all of your ingredients, ensuring to use frozen fruits.
  2. Combine ingredients in the blender: Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, and frozen raspberries to the blender, along with the protein powder.
  3. Add liquid: Pour in a splash of milk to help blend.
  4. Blend until smooth: Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds to a minute, adjusting the milk as needed.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass and top with fresh fruit or seeds if desired.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for thickness and creaminess. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
