S’mores Cheesecake

A delightful fusion of classic S’mores and rich cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the springform pan by greasing it well.
  3. Make the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding sour cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time and mix just until combined.
  6. Combine the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
  8. Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips before serving.
  10. Slice and serve your delicious S’mores Cheesecake.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
