Steak Kabobs

Steak kabobs are a delicious and visually appealing grilled meal, packed with flavor from marinated steak and vibrant vegetables. Perfect for gatherings or casual dinners.

  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Make the marinade by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the cubed steak in the marinade, covering it and letting it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper into chunks, the onion into wedges, and slicing the zucchini.
  5. Assemble the kabobs by threading steak and vegetables onto soaked skewers in an alternating pattern.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Serve and enjoy the steak kabobs hot, with optional sides like rice or salad.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for extra flavor. Consider serving with sauces like chimichurri or tzatziki.
