- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (with juice)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Green onions for garnish
- 1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
