  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts: Start by placing the two boneless chicken breasts in a bowl and cover them with 1 cup of buttermilk. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Prepare the flour mixture: Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken: After marinating, coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring every part is covered.
  4. Fry the chicken: In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast the brioche buns: Lightly toast the brioche buns on a skillet or in a toaster with a little butter.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches: Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each toasted brioche bun. Add lettuce, followed by the chicken, and top with tomato and pickles.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Serve hot with your favorite sides or sauces.
