Valentine's Day Caramel Pretzel Bites: How to Make Sweet Love

Sweet, salty, and irresistibly festive Valentine’s Day caramel pretzel bites made with crunchy pretzels, chewy caramel, and silky melted chocolate the perfect bite-sized treat for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 40 mini pretzel twists
  • 40 soft caramel candies (unwrapped)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles
  • Pink or red candy melts (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Arrange pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • 3. Place one caramel candy on top of each pretzel.
  • 4. Bake for 3–4 minutes until caramels are softened but not melted.
  • 5. Gently press another pretzel on top of each caramel to form a sandwich.
  • 6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes so the caramel sets.
  • 7. Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls.
  • 8. Drizzle or dip pretzel bites with chocolate as desired.
  • 9. Decorate immediately with Valentine’s sprinkles or candy melts.
  • 10. Let chocolate set completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor contrast.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • These bites make adorable Valentine’s gifts when wrapped in cellophane bags.
