Viral Cucumber Pepper Salad

A refreshing and vibrant salad made with cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion, perfect as a light lunch or side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers
  • Bell Peppers
  • Red Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and bell peppers thoroughly under running water.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Add them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips and add them to the bowl.
  5. Slice a red onion thinly and add it to the mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables, adjusting to taste.
  7. Add vinegar to the mixture, choosing your preferred type.
  8. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  9. Sprinkle chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  10. Toss all ingredients until well coated in olive oil and vinegar.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
