Watermelon Smoothie

A refreshing watermelon smoothie packed with vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash strawberries, hull them, and slice in half. Cut watermelon into small cubes.
  2. Blend the diced watermelon, hulled strawberries, vegan yogurt, and lime juice until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend until crushed and incorporated.
  4. Serve the smoothie in glasses immediately, optionally garnishing with a slice of watermelon or strawberry.

Notes

For an extra cold smoothie, chill your ingredients beforehand. If using frozen fruit, ice may not be necessary.
