White Chocolate Brownies

Delicious white chocolate brownies with a rich, creamy sweetness that stands out from traditional chocolate brownies.

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup additional white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt together 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Whisk together 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate and butter mixture with the egg and sugar mixture.
  5. Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the combined mixture and stir.
  6. Fold in the additional white chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool the brownies in the pan, then cut into squares to serve.

Notes

Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
