Easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Simple and delightful Nutella brownies made with just three main ingredients that are rich, fudgy, and perfect for any chocolate craving.

  • 1 (13 ounce) jar Nutella (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips and/or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the Nutella, eggs, and flour in a large mixing bowl until well combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool the brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or fresh fruits for a delightful treat. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
