  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Place a few slices of avocado on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve your wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil for later.
